Job Description

We at Silicon Solutions are looking to onboard an HR professional for the position of “Assistant Manager/Manager Human Assets” who will be responsible for Recruitment and Operations for our new office being setup in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be required to closely work with the executive management to manage HR operations and to craft a talent strategy that meets the needs of our growing business. The prime part of this role involves creating and fostering a company’s brand and reputation that is appealing to the types of candidates we expect to attract and managing all the HA operations like on boarding employees, addressing their queries and dispute management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly sourcing talent from a variety of places including job boards, career fairs, social media etc. and maintaining a healthy pipeline of relevant candidates.
  • Lining up shortlisted candidates interviews with senior technical stakeholders based on their availability and managing end to end recruitment cycle till onboarding of new hires.
  • Creation, ownership and execution of the company’s talent strategy while adjusting as needed based upon growth with the vision of becoming “Preferred choice of the employer”
  • Onboarding and off-boarding employees, looking into documentation and filling, database management, pay roll processing.
  • Resolving disputes and employee queries to maintain the company environment.
  • Administration, organization, and coordination of performance management programs to ensure employee understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals, objectives and performance results.
  • Work on improving employee engagement initiatives to make sure that the employee is fully committed to the company’s mission and feels encouraged to contribute the overall success of the business
  • Off boarding employees, clearance from various departments, replacement of the departing employee, full and final settlement of employee dues.
  • Managing promotions by keeping a track of the employee performance and smartly communicate to avoid any issues.
  • Implementation, maintaining, and reviewing payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Develop, implement, administer and maintains employee handbook, policy documents and procedures as directed by head office.

Must Haves:

  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Must be hands on & smart enough to use best recruiting methods and HR practices to efficient the process.
  • Should have good understanding of using applicant tracking system (ATS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Must have good reporting skills while using HR metrics to create better visibility of progress for executive management.
  • Must be confident and capable to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse people.

Qualifications

Experience: 03-05 Years

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration/Information Technology
